Two teachers are discussing the most important levels in Bloom's Taxonomy. Teacher one believes that the lowest level of knowledge is most important since without knowledge you can't move onto any higher level thinking. Teacher two believes that the evaluation level is most important since it requires all levels of cognitive processing to be present. Which teacher is correct?
