A school has decided to require its students to pass a test before graduation. They have designed the test to match with the stated learning objectives of the curriculum and they have made sure it is not culturally or linguistically biased in anyway. What else should the school do to ensure the mandated test is legal?
 
  a. Allow students to take it multiple times
  b. Make sure students know that they will be tested
  c. Inform students of the consequences related to the test
  d. Make sure to receive consent from parents so students can take this test
