The ICN, WHO, and IHTSDO all develop terminologies. International Medical Informatics Association does not develop terminology.

The International Standard Organization Technical Committee 215 (ISO/TC 215) is an international organization that deals with harmonization among standard development organizations in healthcare. The WHO, GHIP, and HL7 do not deal specifically with harmonization among standard development organizations in healthcare.
