Answer to Question 1

Correct Answer: 3

Rogers defines diffusion as the process by which an innovation is communicated through certain channels over time among the members of a social system. There are three phases of the theory; invention (collecting of information), diffusion (communicating information to others), and consequences (adoption or rejection of the change). Lewin's force field theory covered driving forces and restraining forces. Lippitt expanded Lewin's theory and focused more on what the change agent must do rather than on the evolution of the change.
