The new graduate may question the amount of psychological safety on the care area and is at high risk for not reporting errors in the future. This exchange may or may not influence the rest of the staff. There is no reason for the human resources department to be contacted. Creating a guide sheet for all staff to use would have been beneficial when counseling the new graduate.
