Answer to Question 1

Correct Answer: 4

The four concepts that are the focus of nursing theory are person, environment, health, and nursing. Assessment, goals, interventions, and evaluation are steps of the nursing process. Pain, anxiety, stress, fatigue, disease, death, care, and cure are all aspects of the care that nurses provide.

Answer to Question 2

Correct Answer: 1

Leaders imagine a different and better situation, and identify ways to achieve it. They do not constantly imagine new and original goals, but often see new ways to achieve old goals. Leaders are not self-centered, and they use vision and intuition to solve problems.
