RCTs are the gold standard for intervention studies (Therapy questions) because they yield the highest-quality evidence about the effects of an intervention. Therefore, the best recommendation would be to follow the recommendations from the national randomized controlled trial because it is more authoritative than the quasi-experimental trial.
