Answer to Question 1

Ans: A, B, C, D
Health-education approaches must be comprehensive and include the children as well as all groups of individuals involved in their care and nurturing. These key adults, together with the children and adolescents they serve, are referred to as the school community. The school community encompasses school-aged children and adolescents, parents and guardians, school personnel (faculty, staff, and administrators), and neighborhood residents, business owners, and service providers. Facebook friends are not considered part of the school community.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: C
A monitoring chart measures progress and can be used to evaluate whether a program is on schedule and within budget. Perhaps no other evaluation method is as perfectly suited to process evaluation as the monitoring chart. Impact or summative evaluation is concerned with the immediate impact of a program on a target group. Process or formative evaluation answers the question: Are we doing what we said we would do? Long-term outcome evaluation is where it is discovered if the changes had a lasting and real effect.
