Answer to Question 1

Ans: C
Complications of pregnancy account for almost 15 of deaths in women of reproductive age worldwide. Setting up a prenatal clinic in the local community would make health care during the pregnancy more convenient, possibly reducing problems associated with no prenatal care and reducing the maternal mortality rate during pregnancy. Prenatal care would be the best way to provide health care and reduce complications that could result in maternal death. Without prenatal care, recruiting a midwife for the delivery would not reduce problems associated with lack of prenatal care. Providing a breastfeeding class and childcare would not provide reduction in pregnancy problems.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: C
Hearing loss, vision problems, and mental disorders are the most common causes of disability, according to the World Health Organization.
