The nurse is working in a rural community health clinic. A new client comes in complaining of nightmares and feelings of anxiety. The client is twenty pounds below normal weight without any physical complaints at this time.
 
  The client admits to a recent suicide attempt but is very casual in talking about the attempt. The client is married but states that she does not want to be questioned about her immediate family. The nurse suspects which of the following issues or disorders?
