Christi Campbell is a public health nurse working with a group of Kurdish refugees in a large metropolitan area. The Kurds are predominantly Moslem and only two of the Kurdish men speak English well,
 
  although several children can help in translation. One of the Kurdish women, Gita, is pregnant. When selecting a translator to help care for Gita, Christi should select:
  1. Ibrihim, a 45-year-old male (not Gita's husband) head of the family who speaks English fairly well.
  2. Misha, a 50-year-old Turkish woman who has lived in the United States for 10 years and is quite familiar with the Kurdish dialect.
  3. Moshi, a male university student from Iran who knows the Kurdish dialect well.
  4. Sanchi, the 9-year-old daughter of Gita who has been in the United States for about a year and speaks fairly good English.
