A middle-aged adult had a stroke, resulting in left-side paralysis. His wife was doing her best as she learned to care for him but found it difficult.
 
  He had always been the strong one. Besides his physical problems, what is probably causing the most suffering for him?
 
  A. Frustration in not being able to speak correctly
  B. Grief and loss
  C. Having to be cared for by his wife
  D. The limitations in what he is physically able to do
