Everyone in the emergency shelter told their neighbors what they were doing and how they got away. Each shared their story as they sipped the fruit juice the volunteer had distributed. Why are these people sharing their escape stories?
 
  A. They are euphoric and bubbling over with good cheer because they found the shelter.
  B. They are in the honeymoon phase when everyone draws together.
  C. They are in the reconstruction phase, reviewing just how everything happened.
  D. They are totally unrealistic as they clearly had no idea how bad the disaster really was
