(2) Identify the target behavior: gives an exact response that represents the behavior and ensures
consistent observation of the same behavior which allows for confirmation of behavior change by a third party.
(3) Identify conditions of the intervention: ensures consistency in the learning experience
(4) Identify criteria acceptable for performance: measures the effectiveness of the intervention
