In a blanket primary, which of these takes place?
 
  a. All candidates of all parties run on one list, and any registered vote can participate.
 b. Each party will hold a primary election in which only registered members of that party can vote for the party nominee.
  c. Each party will hold a primary election in which any registered voter can vote for the party nominee.
 d. The state governor will appoint a person from any political party from a list of candidates.
 e. The chosen nominees from all participating parties will run against each other in a general election.
