How do individuals with a college education differ in terms of their political attitudes and opinions from those with less education? Why might a college education produce such differences?

4. Explain that college students are exposed to diversity and often have courses with liberal faculty. Explain that college graduates typically have higher incomes.

1. Define and explain crosscutting cleavages and intersectionality.
2. Identify common attitudes toward the abortion issue for each of the relevant group distinctions: gender, age, education, party identification, and religiosity.
