Answer to Question 1

Example of use of self-reinforcement:
Students may provide any example in which the student reinforces him/herself contingent on completion of a task or portion of a task. For example: John was struggling to complete his math homework, he decided that once he completed 10 problems he would allow himself a five-minute break.

Answer to Question 2

True
Explanation: Accommodations may be included to account for a student's language differences. This should be taken into consideration to ensure that their academic skills and knowledge are being assessed rather than their language skills.
