Give three examples of information that could be gained from checklists and rating scales for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

When doing an assessment, why calculate age as opposed to just asking children their age?
 
  a. Many children do not know when they were born.
  b. Children think they know their date of birth but are incorrect.
