A voice vote is just one form of voting in legislative branches. What happens when a voice vote is occurs?
 
  a. The representatives vote one at a time as their names are announced.
  b. Representatives read the bills themselves then announce one at a time what their vote is.
  c. The legislative members vote orally as a group, usually yea or nay.
