What is the connection between lobbyists and the average citizen?
 
  a. Lobbyists never represent the views of the average citizen.
  b. Lobbyists use unfair tactics that drown out the demands of the average citizen.
  c. Average citizens are often members of groups that have lobbyists, like the AARP.
  d. The main task of all lobbyists is to represent the average citizen.
