Answer to Question 1

An ideal response will:
1, Note that the president has two optionseither to sign the bill, which then becomes law, or to veto the bill, in which case it then goes back to the House and Senate.
2, Indicate that once back in Congress, both the House and Senate vote on the bill again. If one or both refuse to pass it, the bill fails. If both chambers override the president's veto, the bill becomes law regardless of presidential approval.
