The Constitution provides two ways to amend the document and two ways to ratify those amendments. Which one has never been used to amend the Constitution?

1, Discuss the different measures of inequality presented in the text.
2, Explain that by any measure the United States ranks very high on measures of inequality and that inequality is getting worse.
3, Explain how material inequalities spill over to political inequalities that favor those with wealth over those without.
