An ideal response will:
1, Note that direct democracy requires that people are able to meet regularly to discuss issues.
2, Discuss how direct democracy may be more appropriate in small communities, such as New England towns where participation is encouraged, and schools and local communities. It is more likely that these citizens can meet regularly, and also be reasonably informed on issues.
