An ideal response will:
1, Discuss how direct mail is used to send information and requests for monetary donations to potential supporters.

Answer to Question 2

An ideal response will:
1, Discuss how the national party conventions allow delegates to cast votes in favor of the party nominee and approve the party platform.
2, Discuss how national party conventions are now designed to promote the presidential and vice presidential candidates since the nominee is known well in advance of the convention.
