An ideal response will:
1, Explain that the power to initiate all revenue bills and to impeach officials belongs to the House, while the Senate has the power to ratify all treaties, to confirm important presidential nominations, and to try impeached officials.
2, Note that the House is larger and more institutionalized than the Senate.
3, Note that party loyalty to leadership is more common in the House than in the Senate.
4, Note that party leaders in the House are more powerful than is the party leadership in the Senate.
