An ideal response will:
1, Describe the events that led Falwell to sue the magazine.
2, Discuss how the case explored the line between parody and libel.
3, Propose possible reasons for the unanimous decision of the Court, including the fact that Falwell is a public figure.

1, Define both libel and slander.
2, Explain that they are both forms of unprotected, defamatory speech that come in different forms.
3, Explain the different standard that applies to slander or libel against a public official.
