Define and describe functional communication training. Be sure to discuss how it operates, what is main purpose is, and considerations for effective implementation of the technique. In addition, describe how this procedure varies from other antecedent interventions discussed in the text.

The delivery of a high-p request sequence involves the presentation of a series of easy-to-follow requests for which the individual has a history of compliance (i.e. high-p requests).
