ANSWER:
Men and women are categorized in different employments. Women tend to work in domestic service, health services, and factory work, while men work in transportation, heavy machinery, construction, and hotel service.

ANSWER:
It is the ability to see the world through two different lenses, one based on perspectives from the home country and the other from the country of arrival.
