A society is considered stratified if:
 
  a. there are equalities in terms of wealth, power, and prestige.
  b. equality is primarily based on unequal access to productive resources.
  c. there is a strong tendency toward the inheritance of rewards, regardless of personal merit.
  d. All of these are true of stratified societies.
