They use informal means of resolution such as flexible band membership, public contests (song duels), and ridicule.

Answer to Question 2

Rebellion is the attempt of a group within society to force a redistribution of resources and power. Revolution is an attempt to overthrow an existing form of political organization and put another type of structure in place.
