. Explain how you would set up a classroom library center that would encourage children to engage in independent reading.

To encourage young children to engage in independent book reading, the classroom library should be well-designed with partitions, ample space, comfortable furnishings, open-face and traditional bookshelves, and book-related props and displays. In addition, it should be stocked with lots of high quality books to read.
