Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

A, C, D
Feedback:
Activities to help with relaxation include reading, performing an activity in which to get absorbed such as needlework, and listening to music. Taking a walk and visiting with friends could increase stimulation and may not be relaxing to the patient.
