Answer to Question 1

D
Feedback:
Elevated blood pressure, ulcers, and heart disease can result from unrelieved chronic stress. Regardless of the source of the stress, the body's immediate reaction is stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system with such changes as dilation of the pupils and increase in heart rate and respirations.

Answer to Question 2

A
Low levels of blood calcium may be determined by the use of Chvostek's sign and Trousseau's sign.
