Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
Sleep apnea is the most likely cause. It is two times greater in men than in women, and fatigue in spite of seemingly sufficient quantity of sleep is more characteristic of sleep apnea than of the other cited problems. There is no information to suggest the patient is using alcohol. The patient is not explaining symptoms of nocturnal myoclonus. It is unknown what the patient's age is to assume that the complaint is due to age-related changes.

Answer to Question 2

A
In patients with Cushing's disease, there is usually weight gain and hirsutism (excessive body hair in a masculine distribution). This overabundance of hormones produces many signs and symptoms, including moonface.
