It allows body, mind, and spirit to be refreshed, but it need not be a trip to another location or a meeting with like-minded individuals of a religious faith. It is also not a structured group meeting devoted to psychological re-evaluation. An afternoon of privacy, solitude, and relaxation can be a retreat.
