While assembling a professional portfolio, teachers can identify areas for improvement of teaching practice as well as successful activities to be continued with future classes. They can identify ways to address the needs of different groups of students. Teachers can review their knowledge, skills, and dispositions, and summarize how they have changed as professionals because of what they have learned from their educational experiences.
