Answer to Question 1

C
Most mental status tools, such as the Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) (Folstein), the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ) (Pfiffer), and the Mental Status Questionnaire (MSQ) (Kahn), assess level of impairment (response B) and can be used with medical and psychiatric patients. Only the SPMSQ can correct for education level and race.

Answer to Question 2

T
Skilled nursing facilities require a higher level of staffing by RNs and therapists, and they are capable of offering a higher level of care.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.

Dogs have been used in studies to detect various cancers in human subjects. They have been trained to sniff breath samples from humans that were collected by having them breathe into special tubes. These people included 55 lung cancer patients, 31 breast cancer patients, and 83 cancer-free patients. The dogs detected 54 of the 55 lung cancer patients as having cancer, detected 28 of the 31 breast cancer patients, and gave only three false-positive results (detecting cancer in people who didn't have it).
