Answer to Question 1

B
Theophylline is associated with difficulty falling asleep and is sometimes used in patients with asthma. The other medications are not associated with this sleep disorder or with asthma.

Answer to Question 2

B
The antibiotic of choice for MRSA infection is vancomycin. However, exposure to vancomycin is a risk factor for the acquisition of VRE. C. difficile is possible when bowel flora are disturbed, as in during antibiotic therapy. Autoimmune hepatitis and lupus are not related.

Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
