Answer to Question 1

A, B, C, E
Many benefits exist for home health care including less risk of iatrogenic illness/injury, less chance the patient will be acutely confused by the change of environment, better long-term management of chronic conditions, and control of the environment by the patient.

Answer to Question 2

A
Older people do tend to eat fewer calories, making it more difficult to get all the needed nu-trients. Stating that old habits are no longer good enough is not quite accurate. Extra nutritional reserves are a good idea, but the patient may not feel vulnerable to illness. Stating that it is in the nutritional recommendations does not give the patient useful information.
