The kin-keeper is the family member who arranges get-togethers, develops the family history and rituals, and promotes solidarity and unity among family members. The remaining options lack that factor of keeping family connectivity intact.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: B
Some research has suggested that this population may adapt more successfully to old age as a result of successful coping over a lifetime with discrimination and prejudice. While the re-maining options are positive factors, they do not have the same degree on influence on the development of coping skills that the correct option has.
