  c. integrating technology and information literacy into their programs while they maintain and expand other types of resources and programs.
  d. debating the pros and cons of using young adult literature in the middle and secondary school curriculum.

Although public libraries want adolescents to feel welcome in the library, to be part of the community, to obtain leadership skills, to be culturally aware, and to be advocates for the library, the trickiest challenge for most public librarians is to:
