What students are eligible for an alternate assessment portfolio, and what limitations are placed on the number of students who participate?
 
  a. Students who are in advanced placement programs and who have tested out ofstate assessments, usually the upper 10 of the school population
 b. Students with severe or profound disabilities who are not able to participate instate level assessment systems, even with special accommodations. This numberis usually 1 of the total student population of the district.
 c. Students with learning disabilities who receive accommodations in state levelassessment systems, limited to 10 of the population
 d. Any student who applies to opt out of standardized testing, numbers limited to 5of the school population.
