What does your text state as the rationale for multicultural education?
 
  a. Children from certain racial and ethnic groups tend to succeed more easily in typical schools.
  b. The world is now in a global market.
  c. American schools must emphasize a unique set of values.
  d. European schools do a much better job in educating their children, and we should emulate some of those techniques.
