Which of the following problems is NOT solved by using random-digit dialing in order to select a sample for a national survey?
 
  A. Some people do not have telephones.
  B. Some people have unlisted numbers.
  C. It is a huge task to gather all the telephone directories for a national telephone survey.
  D. The listings in telephone directories are somewhat out of date by the time the directory is published and they become more out of date as time passes.
