Answer to Question 1

d

Answer to Question 2

Answer for knowledge transforming must stress the goal of reader comprehension and how a writer might use knowledge of how readers' process information to aid comprehension. Answer for knowledge telling must stress the fact that communicating for understanding or communicating effectively are not relevant to the process- the act of getting ideas in one's mind on paper. One approach is product oriented while the other is process oriented.
