Answer to Question 2

The scoring that was done on the scenarios is subjective which can lead to errors of interpretation. The level of response may change depending on what questions they are responding to. People may act in ways that are not entirely consistent with their understanding of the situation. The theory was only tested on a limited number of people in a limited situation.
