Answer: Examples: Increase in soil organic activity releasing the greenhouse gas methane, shifting of structures because of melting underneath, etc.

Answer: Example: Start with evaporation from the ocean. Water is advected over the land and falls as precipitation. Some of the precipitation infiltrates the surface to be soil moisture and groundwater, etc.
