Answers will vary depending on the geographic location of students. Table 20.1 nicely summarizes these characteristics for the biomes discussed in the book.

Answers will vary depending on where students live. Examples in the book that are fairly common throughout the United States include zebra mussels, Russian olive, kudzu, and purple loosestrife.
