Answer: Boundary between urban and rural more blurred due to rapid expansion of suburban areas. Some areas represent a movement from urban to rural particularly in Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming. People moving to rural areas are not necessarily doing so to earn a living in agriculture.
