Answer to Question 1

TRUE

Answer to Question 2

Relative humidity is the ratio of how much water vapor is in the air to how much the air could be holding (the saturation point) at its current temperature. This means that it varies any time that temperature changes. In the morning hours, when temperatures are very cool and saturation points are relatively low, relative humidity is quite high. As the day progresses and temperature warms up, the saturation mixing ratio increases, causing relative humidity to decrease (provided the actual water vapor content of the air remains constant). Also, warm climates can hold a great deal more water vapor in the air than cold climates can. For this reason, a cold climate can reach 100 relative humidity (saturation) with far less water vapor than a warm climate can. Relative humidity can also change if water vapor content changes. For example, relative humidity increases if additional water is evaporated into the air.

Dew point is the temperature at which air becomes saturated. It is based directly on the amount of water vapor in the air, and changes only if water vapor content changes, unlike relative humidity, which also changes if the air temperature changes.

Looking at the sun may not only cause headache and distort your vision temporarily, but it can also cause permanent eye damage. Any exposure to sunlight adds to the cumulative effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation on your eyes. UV exposure has been linked to eye disorders such as macular degeneration, solar retinitis, and corneal dystrophies.
